You could get a henley like this one and cut the sleeves to make the stringy fringe Evie has one her arms. This shirt is from Abercrombie Kids.
Evie is seen wearing an eye necklace. Hers looks like it has red veins on it, but this was the closest match I could find. It's on Jewelerypayless.com and is called Circle Cubic Zirconia Sterling Silver Fashion Evil Eye Necklace. It's on sale for $19.99.
She has a small black purse like this Robyn's Turn Convertable Cross Body Hobo by Nine West. It's $19.99.
Evie also has her famous black bra with rhinestones on and flared jeans. You can glue rhinestones made for fabric from places like Michael's or ACMoore right on to the straps. The jeans you can buy anywhere, like Marshalls or Aeropostale. She's also wearing a brown/black & tan belt.
